decided to extend my stay in sg during the mid of my trip as the boy is back in sg too. but he'll be flying back later than me. which means i've gotta fly alone again and spend a lonely week or more in brisbane till he has decided to come back.

me and baby rover

home bound in less than a week.
a little nervous
a little jitters
a little excited
not to forget a little lonely

the boy is still working on his final thesis, before completion, he can forget about getting permission from mr or-ee-orh to fly home with me. hence it'll be the first time in my life that i'm taking a plane flight alone.
yes, alone.
we chose my favourite seat together, we made payment with his credit card.
for 1 ticket.

bne - sin - tpe - sin - bne

it's been almost 4 years since i've been to taiwan. really miss the food. my first "cold" winter was there too. well, it's about the same as the "winter" in brisbane though. maybe a little shopping, maybe a little sightseeing. but what i really miss is the food. ain't no surprise that i put on 3 kg when i there last time. well, i wasn't so fat then.

guess i'm sticking to climbing more of the swann hill after i get back.
and 5 weeks after this trip, i'm home bound again for christmas.

schedule still yet to confirm.

boy's tickets are sponsored by school as he's back to attend a conference/symposium, as the paper he spent 30 minutes writing just before deadline got accepted. not something to be proud of though, but nevertheless, free tics for him. waiting for the grant to be approved before i can change my bne-sin flight to be the same as him. and follows the headache of whether should i (a)buy a 1-way tic costing $1k to bne or (b)buy an open ticket costing like $1.7k or (c)take airasiax sin-kul-ool for 1.2myr + whatever takes me from sin-kul.

the economy sux now, leaving me straightly refusing to bring whatever money i'm earning here back. it's almost 1-to-1, when it used to be 1.3sgd-to-1aud. shucks. i'm better off locking my money here first and play a pity puppy to my mummy.
